My name is Brandon and  I am a certified personal trainer through NPTI.  I have always loved fitness, but my true fitness journey started in China were I was learning various martial arts. From there I traveled  and experienced fitness with different trainers and martial artists around world. Now I am here to help others live happier heal

That’s not all, it can help to improve your daily life by making things you normally do easier. I

Exercise is important because it not only makes  you look better it can actually help lower the risk of certain diseases such as obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, some cancers and dementia. That’s not all, it can help to improve your daily life by making things you normally do easier. It can improve your energy levels and make you feel more confident, and on top of all that it will give you a boost of positive endorphins that will make you feel really good.

2 online 45min sessions per week

1 in person 60min session per week (locally only)

What this incudes is a custom designed workout plan for you and your goals,  1 weekly in person workout at the gym/house or  park, unlimited messages and weekly check-ins to see how the plan is going, or if there needs to be any changes made.
